Sawasdee
Sawasdee Krub,
On behalf of BSL - Bangkok Soccer League community, we would like to welcome all the teams, players, coaches, parents, siblings and officials to Bangkok for the 8th Bangkok International Youth Football Festival (BIYFF 7). This year, we are very pleased to welcome teams from Sri Lanka, Cambodia, China, Vietnam, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, as well as Pattaya, Phuket, Hau Hin, and Bangkok. It is always a pleasure to host our visiting teams, and we hope that you feel welcomed and well looked after during your weekend with us at BSL. As ever, it is also pleasing to see so many teams return to us year after year, as well as to greet those who join us for the first time.
I would like to thank Bangkok Patana School for use of their terrific facilities, and allof the BSL volunteers for the many hours that they put into making the weekend a success. I would also like to thank our sponsors for their support - this tournament is a real team effort and we could not do it without that.
Football, fun, friendship - these are the things that we hope this tournament has come to stand for over the years. We hope that this year continues that tradition. Let us compete with the respect for each other that the game deserves. We look forward to a weekend of excellent competitive football, games to be played in the spirit of sportsmanship, fair play and long standing friendship to be made both on and off the pitch.
We wish you an enjoyable weekend in Bangkok and very much hope that you will continue to return to Bangkok for this special event in the future years.
Looking forward to see you all having fun and enjoying the football weekend in Bangkok
On behalf of the BSL Community,
Doron Shachar
